Meeting in Barcelona, Spain: on May 20th the IRC passes a declaration regarding the role of the Memorial in the future: the commemoration of the victims, the perpetuation of the ideals former prisoners, the protection testimonies of the eye-witnesses from falsifications and opening all parts of the camp area to visitors.
